Installation and Setup

Download following update set and commit it to a Service instance which has DCM already installed:

How this works

• When a particular CI form is opened, this Addon will check if the CI has recent Audit messages and show critical deviation messages on top of the form

Possible modifications

This Add-on is about showing an example on how to show Audit messages directly on the form for quick actions.

• System properties can be changed to include more or less audit results in the messages
• Current script only includes critical messages, but modifying the script include allows one to include other deviation types also.
• This example is related to CI forms, but applying the same business rule to other tables can expand the usage to any data in ServiceNow.
