DCM Support is currently provided via email.


Release Support

Our release support is coupled with ServiceNow’s upgrade policy. It means that support for a “DCM release” is provided as long as the instance has “ServiceNow release family”, which was targeted by “DCM release”. For example, DCM R5.0.0 was targeted to support ServiceNow release families: Paris, Quebec, and Rome. The support for R5.0.0 would last until end-of-life for Rome, which is the latest release supported in this case. We always recommend upgrading to the latest release, in order to stay up-to-date and utilize enhanced capabilities.

Our target is to have a DCM version available for any new ServiceNow release by the time reaches General Availability status.
