DCP - desired record conditional link not evaluated

Problem

Conditional link for desired record are not evaluated, expected validation message might not be reported during content set population.

The following content set has a desired record, “dummy record”, in Server container. [Server] >> In Rack::Rack contains >> [Rack] and [Server] >> Location >> [Location] are conditional. Even if the field plan defined in “dummy record” would match against the conditional links. The validation would ignore conditional link evaluation for desired record.
